“I ordered the 3 products and have been using for about 6 weeks. I really wanted this to work but unfortunately it doesn't agree with my skin. I have ended up with quite nasty spots around my T-zone, much worse than what I would typically get. I think my face does not like coconut oil which is such a shame. That being said, delivery and packaging was great and really liked the sustainable packaging.”

Hi. Thank you for your feedback, we are really sorry to hear that the skincare products are not for you. Although the products are all dermatologically approved for sensitive skin and we’ve had amazing feedback from customers, we understand that with skincare not all products will be suitable for everyone. We all have different skin types and can react differently to ingredients used, and it can take time for the skin to adapt to new products. There are also lots of other factors that can affect skin health such as sleep, hormones and diet. We’re so sorry to hear that this isn’t for you, Rian.

“I can’t praise these three products enough. In only 4 days I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my skins appearance to the point where people have commented. Acne Scars that looked angry are now starting to blend in. My skin is also super hydrated. So happy.”

“AMAZING! Coming from someone that has long suffered with problematic spot prone skin, these products are amazing. I started using the cleanser and tonic a few months ago and those alone made such a huge difference to my skin & complexion. The cleanser also leaves your skin feeling so clean!! I recently purchased the moisturiser - I always introduce new products bit by bit as my skin is so sensitive and the combination of all 3 is a game changer! I’ve noticed a difference in my complexion, as well as breakouts and also feel it leaves my skin looking so glowy and healthy. Thank you Lucy Bee”

“I have always tried to prioritise my skincare as I have very sensitive blemish prone skin and I also have lots of allergies, my body is very picky! and up until now I have mainly used 'bare minerals' for many years. Initially I was very hesitant to make the change and try Lucy's range but when I contacted Lucy with my worries she was so supportive and I knew at that point I just had to give it a go! I purchased a few samples to begin with and wow I just saw results even after a few days, so then I was just trying to use up all my stocked up other products before being able to buy. The full range came today and it's just as amazing as I remembered it! My skin feels so fresh and lush, first time trying the tonic too and it really compliments the other 2 products, everything about it is so luxurious and genuine. I really would 100% recommend this range, you will not regret it!”

“I’m even happier than I thought I would be! From day 2 I saw visible results, my skin was more hydrated and had a more even tone. This range has made a big difference to my skin overall and especially to sensitive areas (from tight elastic on PPE masks I’m wearing all day at work).”

“I LOVE these products and cannot recommend enough. My skin feels completely different after only one month of use and it was without hesitation that I ordered my second set recently. I also highly commend the customer service at Lucy Bee, Petrina in particular. I bought products from Canada and when UPS had issues delivering, Petrina immediately stepped in and resolved them. Not only that, weeks after I purchased my initial products, Petrina reached out to me to advise me that I could now purchase the products in Canadian dollars, reducing the exchange rate costs from paying in USD significantly. Products and customer service like this is hard to find and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Lucy Bee!”

“I have suffered with bad skin for years. Rosacea with the miserable lumps under the skin has really knocked my confidence at times. However, these products have dramatically changed my skin. I stopped using my antibiotic cream to see if it would flare up, not at all! Skin is looking better than it has for years, and I’m only a week into using them. My husband like the products too!! Thank you for such wonderful products”
