“I bought the cleanser etc as a birthday gift for my vegan granddaughter. She was absolutely delighted, she loved using the products and I scored brownie points on buying an ethical gift. YAY!”

HI Patricia, This is great to hear and well done! The products in our Skincare Collection are all certified Vegan, as well as COSMOS Organic and Cruelty Free. We've also created the range with absolutely no palm oil (or its derivatives) and the products are as ethical as they are effective. “I am literally obsessed with these products i use them religiously morning and night. I'm lucky that I've always had fairly good skin however I've never really put much thought into my skincare routine. Since using these products I have noticed such a difference in my pores and complexion. I love the clean feeling it gives me and I now feel so much more confident without makeup. I also absolutely love that they are cruelty and palm oil free which is something I've been so conscious of and is so difficult to find. You are an absolute diamond thank you so much for making these. I cant wait for the other products to come. Jess x”

“Got the skincare collection as a birthday gift and it's a revelation! I'll admit that I had a basic routine as my skin isn't sensitive or problematic, and just used micellar water and face oil, but since using this, I may be converted. The cleanser removes even a full face of make with complete ease, including eyeliner, and the toner and moisturiser leaves you looking fresh and glowing but not greasy. I did feel some stinging with the toner and moisturiser initially, which I found a bit odd, but no spots or redness and it subsided. The smell I find quite clinical (like cleaning solutions in hospitals), but it doesn't have added fragrance, which I'd never normally use so may be normal. The moisturiser is thick, and when I've tried others I found them too heavy, but this melts into the skin very well. Packaging is amazing with limited plastic. It's absolutely an investment, and a costly one if it doesn't work for you, but as a gift I'm very, very happy.”

“I absolutely adored Lucy Bee's previous skincare range (especially the cleanser and face exfoliator) and so badly wanted to love the new range, but sadly it just doesn't agree with my skin! Unfortunately the tonic water and face cream left my skin very irritated, red and stingy and although I had no reaction to the cream cleanser, I didn't find that my skin was getting any particular benefits from using it either. I initially kept using the products in the hope that my skin would adjust and the irritation would stop but sadly, after a month, this hasn't been the case. I'm so disappointed as I experienced no irritation with the previous skincare range. I really thought that I had found a skincare range that suited my skin and ticked all of the boxes but unfortunately these products aren't for me!”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback and we're really sorry to hear that the products aren't for you. We’ve carefully chosen each ingredient for its benefits in our hydrating range and although the products are all dermatologically approved for sensitive skin and we’ve had amazing feedback from customers with very oily skin through to very dry skin, we fully understand that with skincare, not all products will be suitable for everyone as we all have different skin types and can react differently to ingredients used. It can also take the skin time to adapt to new products as well as hormones and diet playing a part in how our skin reacts at different times and we’re so sorry to hear that this isn’t for you.
