“Product lovely, but considering your paying for samples I think there should have at least been a couple of uses on the sachets. Although they felt nice you can’t see realistic results after one use.”

HI, It's great to hear that you like these products. Our 3ml sachets are a great way to sample the products first and these should allow for 2 uses each - some customers have said that they've got more out of them but obviously it depends how much you use. I hope this helps, Petrina

“Very small amount , literally for one day morning and evening. According to the size I would say very expensive too. Expecting at least 5-7 ml which is average size of samples .. Cleansing cream itself is smooth and leave the skin soft , however it is very odd smell that I can not stand. I do not expect any smell, but this natural one is not for everyone .All apply to the face cream too. For now I will stay with Nuxe..”

HI, We're really sorry that you feel this way. We do list the size both on the product page and in the title, with 3ml being a usual sample size for these. This should allow enough product for two applications, though several customers have advised that they've used them more than this. We don't add any fragrance to these products and you will still get a hint of the natural aroma of the ingredients used, which is perfectly normal as we have not deodorised the ingredients. “It’s really good that you have samples to try before purchasing the full sized products, thank you! I’m day three into using them and my husband said to me this morning “you look very fresh”, I just got out of bed and was feeding the fur babies! So they are already working! Really like the face cream and love that it has turmeric in it. I have really bad dark circles, so would love to see an eye cream that could help :) Thank you and love that the brand is so ethical. I will be purchasing the full range!”

“Unfortunately I am unable to try the radiant boost cream as it contains sweet almond oil - I'm allergic to nuts to I tend to avoid but hadn't checked! Will give the cleansing cream a go :)”

HI Rebecca, Both our Face Cream and Cleanser contain almond oil in their ingredients and so are not suitable for those with a nut allergy, I'm afraid, and we have this noted on the Ingredients' section. (Our Dazzling Tonic does not contain nuts). I hope this helps. Petrina

“I was so impressed with the sachets that I went on to purchase the full skin care range. I love how the products make my skin feel; so moisturised, smooth and healthy. My only constructive criticism would be the opening to the tonic bottle ... if you were to accidentally knock it over you would loose all the product maybe a dropper stopper to regulate how much would come out of the bottle. Otherwise fantastic beauty products thank you Lucy Bee!”
