Thank you for your feedback, Sheila. We are sorry to hear you are finding the tube hard to use. We have used an aluminium tube because of its environmentally-friendly properties, ie. it can be easily recycled time and time again. We recommend squeezing from the end to get the product out, like a toothpaste tube. I hope you continue to enjoy the cleansing cream, thank you for your review. Rian

“It is ok. I’m not fussed on the smell - smells a bit like clay! It does get make up off but I find I have to do the cleansing process quite a few times before all my make up is off - and that’s not even heavy make up. Don’t think I’d buy again unfortunately.”

Thank you for your feedback, i'm sorry to hear that the cleansing cream is not for you. We haven’t added any fragrance so that those with sensitive skin can also enjoy its benefits and, as you’ve mentioned, you may smell the natural aroma of the ingredients because we haven’t deodorised it. As with so many things, smell is such a personal thing and it’s such a shame to hear that this isn’t for you. Our cleansing cream is effective at removing makeup and daily dirt and grime, at the same time as nourishing and hydrating the skin. If you wear make up, it is always good to double cleanse in the evening to ensure skin is clean. The cleanser is best removed with a warm muslin cloth, this ensures that the product is properly removed and skin is left clean. I hope you try the cleanser again. Thank you for your comments, Rian

“I love this stuff! I literally use half a small squeeze as I only use concealer and mascara. I wet my face and hands, rub and wipe off and it wipes everything off so easy. So much better than miceller water!! And you face actually feels refreshed and nourished after!”
