Hi Caitlin, thank you so much for your review. Our soaps are # 1 Ethical Best Buy, as voted by the Ethical Consumer Magazine, as well as our Fragrance Free and Spearmint and Basil Exfoliating Soap winning GOLD and SILVER (respectively) from the 2019 Free From Skincare Awards. They lather up so well, and do last ages without cracking and breaking apart as well. Daisy

“The packaging is beautiful and the soaps themselves are a good size and feel a good quality. They lather up really well to a thick creamy texture and smell amazing, but, sadly they leave my skin feeling really dry, stripped and irritated, just as if I’d used a cheap old bar of soap from a supermarket. I’m really disappointed, I expected these to be something special and luxurious but they’re not at all.”

Hi Clair, We're so sorry that you weren't happy with our Soaps. Obviously we're all different so something that suits one person doesn't necessarily mean it will suit all. We've generally had really great reviews from customers saying these left their skin feeling moisturised and it's such a shame that this isn't the case with you. Two days ago (30th July), our Fragrance Free and Spearmint Basil & Clove won Gold and Silver respectively at the Free From Skincare Awards where the judges commented on our Fragrance Free Soap, "Cleansed the body so well without feeling as if it was stripping skin’s oils … held its shape, did not crack … skin felt hydrated, nourished and clean – a nice bathing experience” Our entire range of Soaps are free from palm oil and are traditionally made using 100% coconut oil, as well as being certified Vegan, Cruelty Free, COSMOS Organic and Fair Trade. Once again, I'm sorry that these haven't suited you. Petrina

“Amazing! I suffer with sensitive skin and eczema so there isn’t a lot I can put on my skin. These soaps are brilliant, leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised without causing irritation.”

“Wow. Wow. Wow. What a lovely parcel to receive for starters. I have opened the exfoliating one as my first one to use. It lathers like no soap I know! It’s insane! The smell is incredible. And my skin feels so soft. So much so. I haven’t actually had to touch my moisturiser since I’ve started using it. I look forward to smelling the other ones. It’s that good. I did another order a week later and bought one for my sister and I think I have officially converted her too!”

We spent a lot of time making sure our soaps were perfect with lather, smell and also how long they last. “Absolutely gorgeous. Worth every penny if like me you’ve been trying to find a lovely and more natural soap for use in the shower. This lathers beautifully and even washing my hands is a changed experience. Yes they are more expensive than many soaps but for what I’m looking for, its totally worth it as with these you really do get what you pay for.”

“I don't normally have sensitive skin but I find these soaps do irritate my skin, even the Fragrance Free version. I get like a burning sensation and have to rinse it off fairly quickly. On the plus side, these are big bars, they last a long time and the lather feels creamy and luxurious, but I don't think I'll be buying again as they don't make my skin feel good. Also didn't enjoy the Ylang Ylang fragrance - overwhelmingly strong.”

“I’ve wanted to try these soaps for ages but always thought they were too expensive. Lucy had an offer on where you got a free body scrub so I thought it was the perfect time to buy them. They are lovely, foam up really well, smell nice and are a good size.”

Thank you for sharing your brilliant review. We use our own Lucy Bee Coconut Oil for the base and natural, organic essential oils for the different fragrances which smell beautiful. They lather really well and last well, it's also great to know they contain NO PALM OIL. Hope you enjoy using your natural Soaps :) Hannah
