“I love the feel of this cream but really don’t like the smell, I can really smell the turmeric. if the cream had a different smell it would be perfect!”

Hi Daisy, It's great to know that you love our hydrating Face Cream. We purposefully haven't added a fragrance to this so that those with sensitive skin can still use it. However, neither have we deodorised it and so you can still get a hint of the natural aroma of the ingredients. Take care, Petrina

“I used the old version of the Lucy Bee face cream and absolutely loved it. I was recommending it to everyone. I loved the brand and the cream made my skin feel fantastic. Unfortunately I couldn’t be more disappointed with this latest cream. When I first used it the cream was so thick it pulled my skin when trying to massage it in. It then seemed to peel off. I persevered and now I seem to be having the opposite experience now I’m further down in the pot. The cream is now quite thin and not hydrating at all. I thought maybe it was a faulty pot but I was assured that the cream looked as it should. I’m so disappointed as I really wanted to love this cream.”

This is great to hear, Kerry, thank you for sharing with us. As a guide, our Face Cream has about 50-60 uses, obviously depending on how much and how often it's used. It's unisex and has been dermatologically approved for sensitive skin and we've carefully chosen each ingredient for its benefits. It's wonderful to know that you're enjoying using this. “I brought this product based on many positive reviews. I struggle with spots and unfortunately this product was not effective at controlling spots, so I have had to switch back to my old moisturiser which is unfortunate due to the price I’ve spent on the moisturiser. Personally, I don’t think this is the best product for acne, but it was hydrating and loved the packaging.”

Of course, everyones skin is so different, so what might work for someone, may not work for someone else. We do recommend that people try the products for a couple of weeks due to skin purging. I love this, thank you Felicity! Our Face Cream, like our Cleanser and Tonic, are unisex and dermatologically approved for sensitive skin. All are palm oil free (including its derivatives) and are certified Vegan, Cruelty Free and COSMOS Organic so are as ethical as they are effective! Petrina
