I agree! I also love that it holds its shape and texture when cooked, which isn't always the case with gluten free pastas. Petrina

“Always looking for gluten free options that I might persuade the family to try which they did. They commented that it was rather gloopy but tasted ok! Not sure whether they will have it again .”

Hi Yvonne, Rizopia pasta is organic brown rice and water and is good at keeping its shape when cooked. I find that once it's added to the pan, it's a good idea to use a fork to stir the pasta so that it doesn't stick together then it needs to be rinsed after it's cooked, to remove the starch and this usually makes sure it's not gloopy.
