Thank you so much for your review, Laura. The sacha inchi is great as well as it lasts 6 months once opened as well if stored in the fridge (or until BBE), it has a light nutty taste, which works well in lots of different recipes. Daisy

“Super impressed with this oil, I had been undecided for months whether to buy this or not, and I wish I had taken the plunge sooner. I take it neat,straight off the spoon and it's a pleasant taste, like a nutty broccoli! Would definitely recommend as I'm not one for this kind of thing but it has got my seal of approval.”

Hi Debbie, Fantastic! I agree with you, this is an amazing oil and is a part of my daily diet. A good way to get in my omegas and I love that I don't need to take capsules. Like you, I enjoy it straight from the spoon but if you're not keen to take it like this, it's ideal to blend into smoothies or drizzle over foods. Thanks again, Petrina

Thanks for your great tip. This vegan omega oil is good straight from the spoon too, or, as suggested drizzled over foods. I especially like that I don't need to take capsules to get my omega! Petrina
