Hi Marie, thank you for your review. Our Starseed Sacha Inchi Oil is a high source of vegan Omega 3, and is easy to incorporate into your diet. It has a slightly nutty taste, and works well in salad dressings or sauces, over vegetables, in smoothies, over pasta, or just by the spoonful! “On my 3rd bottle now as needed more omega 3 in my diet. I currently add to my smoothies and porridge. I could taste it at first, but I am used to the taste now and prefer it. Highly recommend”

“Taste is really good. I have finally found my way to get my omegas. The bottle lid was a small issue as it was completely stuck. But thanks to the speedy response of the team we sorted it and I can say I am loving using my oil.”

Glad you love the flavour of the Sacha Inchi Oil, it has a really light nutty taste even though it is nut free. It's such an easy way to get you omega 3 in, with just 1/2 tablespoon giving you 3.36g of ALA omega 3. It's also really good as a beauty product when used on your skin. Daisy
