“I take this as a supplement daily and have done for a few years now. I use this in place of omega 3 fish oil capsules as a more natural and ethical alternative. It is multi use too as you can drizzle over your salad or baked potato - I certainly wouldn't do that with a fish oil capsule! I exercise a lot and put my supple joints down to this oil.”
