Our Starseed Omega Oil has a mild, nutty flavour. I love to add it to smoothies, as well as taking it from the spoon. 1 tablespoon per day of Sacha Inchi Omega Oil, will fulfil your omega 3 ALA daily intake. This vegan oil also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol. Petrina

Our Starseed Omega Oil is 100% sarah inchi oil, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol and just 1 tablespoon per day of Sacha Inchi Omega Oil, will fulfil your omega 3 ALA daily intake. Unlike many omega oils, this can be used cold or heated to 190C for 15 minutes. Petrina
