“I am now on my 2nd bottle of Lucy Bee Starseed Organic Raw Omega 3 Oil. I love the health benefits of this oil, because I definitely don’t eat enough fish. If I forget to chuck it in my smoothie, or over my salad it’s ok I can have a spoonful because I actually like its light nutty taste. Thanks to Lucy Bee I can sit comfortably knowing I have boosted my body with those all important Omegas.”

HI Caroline, You sound as big a fan as we are! Like you, I love our Omega Oil and it's so easy to take from the spoon, as well as drizzling it over vegetables, using to make hummus, or in a smoothie. As well as getting our omegas, this Fair Trade, cold pressed oil also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.Petrina

Our Omega Oil is great for those not wanting to take fish oil capsules and being Fair Trade means that those involved in its production also benefit. With this product, the Fair Trade contributions also help in conserving the Amazon rainforest through encouraging farmers to grow sacha inchi, rather than earning an income from cattle grazing (which is a major factor in deforestation). Hi Merja, thank you for your review on your starseed oil. One tablespoon (approx 14g) per day will fulfil your daily omega 3 ALA intake. It is ideal to incorporate into everyday dishes! “This is an amazing oil, have used it all summer long on salads and in dressings, can even use it for medicinal purposes, by taking a tsp per day for health reasons, to get that essential oil into my body”
