Hi Eleanor, This is exactly how I use it too! It's a great spice mix for marinades and is a blend of turmeric (57%), cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and black pepper powders. This is a certified Fair Trade product, from India and these farmers and workers who produce it, benefit from the Fair Trade premiums. Petrina

“The product is good but I’m very disappointed that it doesn’t have a best before date printed on it. This could have been stored for a long time but I have no record of a date.”

“I initially bought it to make turmeric latte, but I wasn't too keen on the taste (plus too much effort to heat up the milk as I do not like microwaves), I now started to put it in my morning hot lemon drink (half a lemon squeezed, add blend, stir and add hot water) ... Perfect!”
