“I recently purchased the Latex Slumber System from Luma as well as the foundation. Let me first say that I recieved the pillows first and was blown away with the quality and comfort. Next I recieved the foundation which easily put together myself in about 30 minutes. I initially purchased the 2" talalay comfort level in plush. I found that the mattress was too firm for me with this comfort level and contacted Luma. Luma immediately sent out a different comfort level which I tried and still was feeling like the mattress was too firm for me. I contacted Luma again and was later called by Stefan who spoke with me in detail about my body type and sleeping preferences, back injury etc. He then recommended a second comfort level as a transition layer between topper and mattress. I ultimately ended up with two comfort layers on top of my Luma Latex Slumber system and couldn't be happier. It's just right amount of softness and support. Luma couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I researched latex mattresses extensively, and I kept wanting one that available locally for $6,000. Then I found this product, which was identical in construction. Sure enough, it’s exactly as nice as the one I saw locally, and it even came with. Free mattress protector and two pillows...which the local store wanted $500 extra for! Sold! I love this bed!”

“I spent a great deal of time researching various mattress options, and finally decided on Luma. The ability to exchange only the top layer, was particularly appealing. Customer service was responsive, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. (Thank you Stefano!) My husband and I are both combo sleepers, and initially he felt the firmness was ideal, and I thought it could be a bit softer. But after just a week I found it to be very comfortable...no more pain & stiffness in the morning. Overall we are very happy with our choice. Shipping was fast, quality is exceptional,and the price was very fair.”

“My girlfriend and I had been having trouble sleeping for several months, it would take us 30 minutes to 2 hours to fall asleep. We fell in love with this bed within the first week, because of how quickly you could relax and fall asleep. We both fall asleep no problem. It’s a really, really nice mattress. I went to a hotel a month after getting it and I missed it so much. We were laughing in bed thinking about getting glass of red wine like in the commercials, because when either one of us gets into it you don’t feel it. The bed doesn’t sink the moment someone else gets in or out of it. If she goes to the bathroom I don’t even feel her get up. The light is what wakes me up now, not the bed rising back up. I’m about 190lbs and she’s about 120 for reference. The shipping and unpacking was super easy. It took about 5 minutes to unwrap it and setup. There was a new smell to the mattress that went away after two days, no big deal. I was on the fence about getting it due to the high price. However, i don’t regret it. I looked at it like an investment in my health and well-being. I haven’t sleep this well ever in my life. Luma sleep was a super thoughtful company and you could honestly tell they cared about having a high quality product and experience; Which today I think is very rare in the retail space.”
