“We have tried many different mattress toppers and have been disappointed time and again. But THIS topper is absolutely perfect - it's like being suspended on a cloud!! It doesn't create an indent nor does it hold the heat. It cradles your joints so there's no painful pressure. Buy it - you won't believe how awesome you'll sleep :)”

“The soft 2" is perfect. Anything firmer would be too firm. It looks really well made and I think this topper will last a long time. It feels great! Fast shipping also. The only reason I took off a star is when we unwrapped the thick plastic and unrolled it, there was some kind of black flaky stuff on the white tencel cover. Other than that we are very happy thank you!!”

“It took our topper a while to arrive, when it did, we slept on it for about a week and just realized it wasn't ideal. I am still having pressure points and my bf doesn't think it is soft enough in general, I agree, it isn't and we purchased the softest one. I reached out for a return and started to pack it up, we ended up breaking a $300 Shark vacuum that we just bought about a month ago trying to vacuum seal so it would fit back in the original packaging. I reached out to Luma explaining what happened and how frustrated I was, they basically told me.. oh well, we'll send you a bigger box, but you're paying for the return... which was pretty rude, I was already quite annoyed.. but we went along with it, we got the bigger box, followed instructions and planned on dropping it off in a few days. As it was sitting in the box, it stated to unroll and broke through the side of the box. At this point I am absolutely frustrated to my very core at the large expense and energy put into this awful mattress topper, I reached out again and asked if I could donate to a local charity because this is upsetting me so bad, I deal with extreme anxiety and this was blowing blowing top. They replied back telling me that other mattress topper companies are cheap and their product is so good, they don't do donations, that they'd send me another box and then I'd get the rest of my money. Yuck - First of all putting down other companies is real awful and untrue. Secondly, this customer service agent was so rude the way he spoke to me mad emergency feel about an inch tall. Thirdly, these toppers aren't superior in anyway. I have been through many companies trying them out and I have found ones half this price that were far more comfortable. So, please consider byung elsewhere before dealing with these people. They're so awful.”

“Unfortunately there was no way I knew of to try a topper without buying one. I did order one from Luma, and it is beautifully made. The latex is soft, the cover was well-made. It was just not for me.”

“Bought this top of the line latex mattress to put on top of a hard mattress from IKEA. Worth every penny. My adult son who is very particular about his bed was very happy. Softness was just right and for the first time did not sweat at night.”

“This appears to be a high quality item. Unfortunately for me it was too firm. I have chronic arthritis. I am a side sleeper and my shoulders bear too much weight. Before trying this product I was sleeping on 7 inches of memory foam on top of a plush mattress and it still didn't help.”
