“I don't know where all these 5-star reviews came from, but this mattress is the worst thing we've ever had. Each day we woke up with terrible back pain, constantly trying to find the best position to have a decent sleep, but nothing helped. Each day was getting worse... When I was buying this mattress the customer support was so nice and prompt, but since I clicked return no one was replying back on the chat, then I decided to call and the guy on the other side was not even in the mood to discuss my issue, just told me to fill-up the form for return.”

“It took awhile to make a decison and finally I chose luma original mattress because I want hybrid but I don't want my mattress to be too high. I am combination sleeper. I read reviews carefully and chose medium but I started have back pain so I contact customer service and they reply back so fast and suggest few options for me. That is why I chose Luma after reading reviews about amazing customer service. When you trying to buy mattress in the box, it could be hard decision because you are not really trying it out before buying them. I was thinking to buy memory form mattress first but I read about off-gasing issues. So I moved to latex. Usually natural latex mattress is pricey but theirs affordable. I am glad that I made right decision. Thanks Luma.”

“I explained getting this mattress because a soft bed simply kills me and my back. The online sales person recommended the medium over the firm, and I followed his recommendation. After a month I really wish I had ordered the firm instead. The medium is really a bit too soft although not quite soft enough to hurt my back. I could purchase a firm mattress topper but for now I will see if the medium softens up anymore.”

“My Luma mattress has been a pleasure to sleep in for the past two years. It is not too soft and not too firm for my liking. Unfortunately, the latex section developed cracks and splits that made it uncomfortable. Luma Sleep customer service was excellent and quickly responded in less than 24 hour with notice of a replacement mattress being sent. This is top notch service and the new mattress provided feels even better than the old one. Thank you Luma Sleep team!”

“We enjoyed our first Luma mattress so we bought another for the guest room. Latex has a way of broadly supporting a wide-ish range of firmness preferences, so a medium Luma classic will be great for all our family and friends when they visit.”
