“The mattress arrived much sooner than I expected which is good. The mattress is packed exactly how it was described. I have good impression on this mattress. The only thing that does not meet my expectation is the firmness. I read all of the reviews on this company official website. A few say medium is hard, Others say it is too soft and can't support their weight. In my opinion, it was a little softer than what I expected and bouncier than all of the latex mattresses that I have had (I always slept on latex mattress before I came to the US so I knew what I was looking for). Unfortunately, this mattress is not available at any store around me for trying before purchasing. Also, the cover is loosely fitted. I will try and see what the mattress actually has to offer and update this review later on.”

“After ten weeks I really love this mattress. Mine is the medium firm Luma mattress, the base model, queen size. It works exactly as promised, with the individually-encased coils giving soft local compliance for sleeping on my side and the overall firmness holding great for sleeping on my back or stomach. My sleep became more restful.”
