“We purchased the Luma mattress, medium. We're still deliberating on whether to keep it because it's on the soft side for us and we've been waking up with some soreness as a result. The mattress itself seems well-made but it's a little odd that you can feel the springs along the outside of the mattress. Communications and delivery was great, as has been customer service so far in figuring out if we want to return the mattress.”

Thanks for your feedback. The mattress design uses a coil system that is made for e-commerce and provides better edge support than the foam encased mattresses sold at retail. https://beddingcomponents.com/quantum-edge There are no functional issues with the coils, as they are immediately inside the fabric side panels

“I like my luna mattress. I have lower back pain and bought the firm mattress. It arrived on time vacuum sealed in a huge box. I lugged it inside and upstairs which took some help, then cut away the bag and watched it grow into a full size mattress - very cool and convenient not to have to figure out how to drive a mattress home from the store. It didn't have any odors when it arrived. The mattress is comfortable but is firm. It took a while to get used to, but after about 2 months of sleeping on it, I like it better than when I first got it. It is very comfortable and I'm happy with my purchase. One thing to be aware of is the mattress is really really heavy so it is kind of annoying to move. I contacted Luma after about a question and their customer service was extremely helpful. I would buy from Luma again!”

“Much better than previous memory foam mattress. Latex is very bouncy, coils seem well constructed although time will tell durability. Firm is not as firm as expected but supportive overall.”

“I chose Luma Sleep after researching mattresses thoroughly, and I appreciated that Luma was straightforward about what materials were in their mattresses. I also liked that their options were accessible and not just highly specific styles with features I didn't want to pay for. So far the mattress is great a month in.”

“This was our first latex hybrid mattress. We loved it from the get go. We are combination sleepers, and got the medium Luma. The medium may be a tad firm for my shoulders, however I didn’t want to chance a return for the plush, so we may be getting a topper to see if that works. Overall we are very happy with our mattress!”

“We ordered a Luma mattress for our toddler who just transitioned into a bed because we were looking for a safer more natural option. We weren’t disappointed. The mattress is soft and well made. The customer satisfaction policies were the push we needed to purchase a mattress online. I have already recommended Luma Sleep to others.”
