“I would highly recommend Luma Sleep if you're in the market for a comfy latex mattress. They answered all of my questions before purchase and shipped quickly after my order. I personally love the mattress, it's super comfy and soft. My wife unfortunately isn't as happy, but Luma is making the return process very easy as well. Highly recommended!”

“I don't normally write reviews but the mattress is wonderful (base Luma bed queen w/ firm configuration) and the service far surpassed my expectations. I sleep cool and wake up feeling way less sore than any other mattress I have tried. Actually ended up ordering another one for my brother. The chat function is really helpful for getting the right bed for your needs. I actually thought to get a more expensive model but based on the conversation I had with the rep, I was told the base level was the right choice for me. A++”

“I have had my Luma Mattress for about 2 1/2 months. I had many questions before I made my purchase mostly because I think I was making my purchase in the middle of Luma’s transition to new materials in the mattress and that had not yet been reflected on the website. However, customer service was excellent and answered all my questions honestly and promptly. The mattress arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I ordered the medium firm mattress. It’s a tad firm for my liking but I think the soft would have been too soft. I don’t know if the topper would be a solution to this or not. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and glad to be sleeping on a mattress made of safe materials.”

“I did a lot of research before going for the 'bed-in-a-box' concept. The more I read, the more reasons I saw to go with real latex instead of cheap memory foam. I went for the Luma mattress, and am loving it. I had a memory foam topper on my old bed, and I could immediately tell a huge difference between that and the latex. The latex was so much more 'solid', and yet just as soft and yielding as the memory foam. The latex made the memory foam feel like an air mattress by comparison. The latex definitely is not just a higher quality foam, it has an entire different 'presence' to it. It's like memory foam never delivered on the promises of comfort they initially made, but the latex actually comes through with it. The quality of the mattress, the shipping container, and the installation process was superb! Highly recommended!!”

“This mattress is fantastic. Both my husband and I love it and we both sleep better at night. We are both restless sleepers and would always wake the each other up. This mattress allows us both to move about without disturbing each other. I would definitely recommend it!”

“The Luma mattress has been exactly what I was looking for! I quickly learned after trying a popular memory foam mattress that memory foam was not for me. The Luma mattress keeps me cool, and I love the springy feel of latex. I sleep mostly on my side, but the medium firmness has been great for occasionally sleeping on my stomach or back.”
