The HL360 LED Headlight Upgrade Kit is designed for our existing customers who are still using our older V3 headlight and wish to upgrade to our newer HL360 without buying new batteries. It does include a complete Linkage Arm (instructions on changing them here: https://lumadent.com/linkage-arm-replacement) but does not include a mount. This is because existing customers using our headlight system should already have a working mount. All of our mounts are compatible with both headlights - you should just be able to take off the V3 light and attach the HL360 in it's place and be all set without needing any additional parts.
