“Ordered this so it could get to my father on Father’s Day. Father’s Day came around and he didn’t receive it, so I emailed to see what was going on and as soon as I got my reply they sent it to ship. Guess they forgot? And it didn’t even get there within the 4 day shipping the order said it would. It took more than 2 weeks after the day for it to arrive. The product was good however shipping was awful. Because of that I can not recommend.”

Alejandro, Thank you so much for the review and I am sorry that this was your experience with Lumberlend. I am also sorry if there was an confusion in regards to our production timeline. We try and make it as clear as possible that production for each mug is 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to shipping. The shipping method only means that once shipped the mug will arrive in 4 days so again I am sorry for that confusion. I truly hope that you love the product and quality and I am sorry again for the confusion. Best,
