“The end result of the product is spectacular. The craftsmanship, the signature, everything is exquisitely done and exceeded my expectations. My only complaint or recommendation would be to be a little more clear what the "natural" color is on the website. I chose the mahogany color and picked the "natural" color for the engraving thinking it would be the light color on the inside of the wood and not just an engraving into the mahogany color. It makes it a bit understated and harder to read. I wanted the engraving to pop a bit more and thought the natural color would do it. If there were a feature on the site that when you picked the color or different engravings it updated instantly to show you what it would look like, this would clear up any confusion. So, just know that "natural" engraving color is going to be the same color as the mug. If you want it to pop a bit more, I'd probably do a white or gold color, or whatever colors contrasts with your chosen mug color. In the end, I'm very happy, have already ordered again, and all my groomsman loved the gift. It is so much better than your standard cufflink or beer mug generic groomsman gift. highly recommend!”
