“I love the look of this vacuum. The simplicity lets me put the device anywhere in the house without being in the centre of attention.
The sucking power is good and can easily clean any surface.
I like that it can stand up on itself and you can charge the battery separately.
There are enough attachments and no fancy things like screens that you do not really need. And that can break.
The idea of being able to buy all the parts separate is really appealing and forward-thinking.
Easy to glide around.
Some people are not happy with the sound but does not really bother me, do not see a difference with my last vacuum for example.
Easily portable.
Minus points. Cannot really vacuum in the darker corners since it does not have a light.
The brush cannot handle longer hair well and needs to be cleaned pretty often.
When you make the device into a handheld one it is supposed to stand up on itself. But in reality that does not really work. If you decide to go a little further from the device the hose pulls the whole device with it. Otherwise, you can hold the motor part with your other hand but then both of your hands are full.
It does not suck from the sides? All the corners I need to clean are a little bit of a struggle.
And the bulky bottom does not let me clean underneath the couch or a closet.
All in all, happy with this vacuum. Will keep using it and seeing how long will this last. And keep buying the spares. I love the sustainable aspect of it. Good luck with improving the device and will recommend this to my friends.”

“I LOVE this vacuum cleaner!!! It works extremely well...as well or better than my shark upright. I love the portability of the vacuum and NO Cord to mess around with. I believe it’s the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. I would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone who wants to get cleaning done right, quickly, and efficiently.”
“The good stuff:
- Suction and cleaning on various surfaces (concrete, cork, carpets and rugs, tile) is outstanding
- We really like that the battery can be charged directly (without plugging into the vacuum)
Room for improvement:
- The noise (in particular on carpet) is loud
- For the price, we wish a second battery had been included
- The brush loves hair; it is easy enough to take the brush out and clean the hair off but it would be really great if the hair did not tangle in the first place
- The flexible hose could be longer
- The accessory holder is a crutch and we wish someone would either make a better attached holder, or own the fact that the attachments will live somewhere else (not on the vacuum) and provide a wall-mount or something else for them
- A light on the floor brush would be nice
- The floor brush is a bit tall for some applications and the cleaning width perhaps a bit small for a premium product
Just stuff:
- We were surprised how little the unit is. Feels a little bit kids’ size but the performance is nothing like small, so it all checks out and will reset the bar for us on how bulky a vacuum needs to be. Well done Lupe!
In sum:
It’s clearly a premium product that is well thought out and does a lot of things really well. However, for the price I would like to see a couple of the points above addressed—in particular a second battery in the box, quieter operation, and a more tangle-free brush. Still probably the best vacuum we ever owned and we have had a number of Dysons.”

“At Last! A vacuum cleaner that actually lives up to its claims! AMAZING performance on both laminate and carpet; pulling up dark coloured dust and large balls of dog hair that had simply been left behind with my Dyson V8. Although I was hesitant about jumping ship from the SS Dyson I’m so glad that I did - this vacuum cleaner really does appear to be the step change I’d been hoping for; which I suppose justifies the price tag. It also does the whole house on normal suction in one go, rather than having to do it in 3 shifts of 8 minutes as I did previously with the v8 (on full power).
If I had one gripe, it would be that the most powerful setting is so powerful that it is actually a struggle to push it along on carpet - but I guess that’s a positive too, as I don’t feel the need to use it on full power anyway. Overall though very very happy customer. Thanks Lupe!”
