So far so good. Seems to charge fast. Good suction. Love the design/look & features. The only drawback: the black hose is too short when using the attachments if it was 50-75% longer, it would make using it SO much easier!

Excellent suction, extremely powerful! Love how light weight it is. So easy to take apart to use hose and wand. I have to get used to where the power button is ( much lower than where I expect it to be ). Excellent customer service and very fast shipping. This beats my old Dyson by 100% so far. I hope the suction power remains the same over the years. Love having no cord, the battery is small enough to charge in the kitchen cabinet.

A pleasant surprise for a cordless — strikingly elegant (an upright!) and excels at its core purpose (suction power). Was skeptical at first about the modular nature of the system, but it makes sense — all manufacturers should move towards this design style!

Lupe Technology set out on the mission to reinvent the vacuum, an important mission for the overall quality of life of the customer. As 'hate' is a strong word, I will stick to "feelings of strong dislike" in describing my experiences with vacuum cleaners growing up. I would recognize their all-too-many flaws and over the years I compiled a mental list of reasons why I hated* vacuums … [*sorry I meant 'strongly disliked'] Especially traditional corded vacuums where issues would range from: (i) impractical design for storage with (a) a 'bulky' body, (b) long tubing, (c) most models not being able to stand up, to (ii) being generally frustrating to operate as you'd pull a main body that would not stay level - it would (a) quickly tip over, or (b) the cord would be to short, or you would often (c) get smacked as the cord is being rewinded … also (iii) the centre of gravity would be so low that having to lift/carry it as you move it around the house/stairs, or as you put it in storage feels unnecessesarily heavy/bulky or simply poorly designed. Finally you have (iv) the filters, bag and brushes where (a) filters are not really designed for ease of change/clean, (b) bag is directly connected to tupe and would more often than not give out a sigh of dust as you disconnect the tube to change it, and (c) brushes/accessories are included more for 'decoration' than usability. As so many manufacturers have tried to address any and all of these issues - not one has really been able to solve them all. They would all have trade-offs between the issues they attempt to solve. Cordless and bagless vacuums would face the classical tradeoffs between - weight vs power (for how long can it run vs what suction can it operate), - convenicence vs capacity (weight distribution vs size of dustbin) as well as - storage/charging solutions. Still, there are numerous questions that need answering; Does it need a specific charging station? Can it self-stand? How long is it; can it fit in a tiny cabinet/under a shelf? So, what does lupe do differently? Well, the short answer would be that lupe solves all of the issues above. It has truly reinvented tha vacuum cleaner and strongly increased the quality-of-life to the consumer, mainly by its modular design and performance. The modular design This vacuum cleaner is beautiful enough that you can leave it out as a piece of art in any modern house. The modular design also allows for quick and painless disassembly into strategic pieces of selfstanding capability and small enough to easily store on a surprisingly small footprint. With the tube retracting, and the handle coming off, it has none of the storage issues with traditional vacuum designs. The storage footprint in any cleaning cabinet is smaller than I could ever dream possible. The modularity would also allow you to easily replace any parts that may fail, although the general build quality makes this seem very unlikely for a foreseeable future. Having the option to replace an old battery, dustbin, or any single part of it, is a stroke of pure genius. It also fits very well with today's consumer priorities for sustainability and reducing waste. So what about performance? It is a fact that the lupe is a bit heavier than most cordless/bagless cleaners. The weight is, however, cleverly 'hidden' by a design that creates a low center of gravity so that the weight is rarely felt. The dustbin is generously dimensioned and the overall ergonomics makes it a pleasure to opeate. The motor is powerful enough compared to competitors, but the genius lies in the suction design of the head which makes it outperform the competitors in test after test (according to the internet, but the power is also personally experienced as you use it!). The retractable tube, modular design, and the handle that doubles as extending tube also gives it a great reach at a low (experienced) weight. The solution where you carry the motor in one hand, while you reach with the extended tube in the other is yet another proof of its genius ergonomic design. A final note is regarding the accessories, which are naturally stored/clicked onto the tubular handle. They have also been cleverly designed where the brush slides up/down with a click, so that they can handle soft and hard surfaces alike. No matter if you vacuum a soft couch with brush retracted or a tiny gap under/behind a piece of furniture, the same brush will fill both roles.

I hated vacuum cleaning because the appliance that my mother had was heavy, huge and generally did not work at all. During my teenage years, I was sweating every sunday morning, fighting with that crap, and promised myself that I will never ever have a vacuum cleaner in my life. Since than I had a weird connection with hovers: generally hated all of them, and basically did not use any because I wanted to avoid hovering so I did not have any carpets or pets at all, and hired a cleaning lady. But as my son started crawling and eating normal food (and many of the bites land on the floor) and covid made sure that the cleaning lady can't enter the house I quickly realised I will need to invest in a proper hover. I wached many videos and after 2 nights it was clear that Lupe has all features I need, so I ordered it. (side note: In my parents house we have 1 vcleaner for carpets, 1 regular one and roughly 6 different stick vacuum cleaners -none of them working properly) My parents thought I am crazy, and they were really excited as well for Lupe, because they did not believe me that this will be a totally different league of v.cleaners. So as Lupe arrived, I quickly assembled it and started vacuuming the carpet that me, and my mother DID vacuum a day before. I WAS LITERALLY SHOCKED, AND MY MOTHER DID NOT BELIEVE HER EYES - NEITHER DID I. The tank was almost full. I actually asked my mother if it is possible that the tank was used before, and someone else's dust remained in it...I could not find any other explanation for the amount of dust... On the first week, I visited all my realtives and vacuumed their whole house, presenting the dust they have, and we were shocked every time. I use Lupe 4-5 times a day, and I LOVE IT. This was the best investment in my household for years, for sure. 5 star product, love it!
