“I don't usually write product reviews. However, we bought this cleaner in November 2020 having previously had both a wired and a cordless Dyson. We have now been using the Lupe for three months and it is without question a far superior machine. Initially it took a little time to get used to, as the fittings and fixtures are different to the Dyson and the Lupe is slightly heavier, but once familiar with it, the Lupe is truly excellent. I believe the slight difference in the heavier weight actually helps to improve the performance. Even when new our Dyson machines could not compare with the amount the Lupe picks up - even on the lowest setting, its power, battery life, ease of emptying and dismantling to unblock and clean the filters. Our daughter has now also bought a Lupe on our recommendation and she is equally as pleased. An excellent quality product.”
“However, your prices on your website went up substantially AND I had to pay around 75UKP import duties in The Netherlands, which now makes your device inexcusably expensive even though it’s great”

“Lid is hard to open and require two hands. Once the lid is open, dog fur and debris are stuck in the middle of the canister. Opening of the cyclone part is also not easy and does not help with the debris removal since the bin is L-shaped so have to use a stick to pull the debris out. And once the cyclone part is removed, now you have dust coming out from both end of the canister. Lupe should have made some initial units for folks to test out the design first.”

The Pure Cordless has three power levels, indicated by the lights on the + and – buttons: see below the battery run time on each power mode:
1. eco: power level for maximum cleaning time, up to 60 min. 2. normal: default level that is suitable for general use, up to 30 min.
3. max: enhanced power for particularly dirty areas, up to 15 min.
We would recommend using the eco mode as your default setting as the suction power on eco is excellent and will still get your carpets deep cleaned.
Alternatively, spare batteries will be coming online for sale soon. Please keep an eye on our website.
