“Probably the best vacuum I've ever used. Suction power is insane and build quality is pretty good - it sucked a phone charger off a socket in a blink when cable got tangled.
However, there is room for improvement:
-Swivel mount for the hose would be useful when using in stationary mode
-Telescopic/bendable wand is much needed for under furniture or ceiling cleaning
-More "classic" tools such as roller-only; ball joint for detachable tools”

“The first time I used it hair got tangled in the brush roller and it jammed the roller. The moment I smelled burning I stopped the vacuum but the plastic cap that is supposed to come off so that the roller can be cleaned had deformed enough that it wouldn't come out. I had to get a very sharp, small knife to trim the melted plastic so I could pop the cap off and clean the roller. I now have to check the roller constantly to make sure it doesn't happen again, and it doesn't look as nice anymore.
The suction power on the upright is also not as strong as I was hoping. Even on the highest setting I don't feel like it is cleaning my carpet as deep as my old Black+Decker vacuum.
The snap on holder for the extra brushes is awkward and gets in my way when I am in tight spaces. I am constantly knocking the brushes off the holder.
The dirt bin is constantly getting stuff stuck in the sides of the upper area where the dirt comes in, I have to put my hands in the bin to clean it out pretty frequently.”

The suction power of the Pure Cordless is extremely strong and should be able to deep clean your carpets even on the eco setting, again please feel free to get in touch with our engineers should you believe this is an issue with your machine.
With regards to cleaning the dust bin, we would recommend using a cloth.

“I'd like to have the hose be longer, cumbersome to use for cleaning under a bed or long window blinds. Also, the battery life is much shorter than I was led to believe. The hose attachment needs a high suction when the brush is slid to the tip for use. All in all, great machine but those are areas of improvement. I'll buy a hose extention if you make one, and a strap to sling the unit over my sholder when cleaning long blinds and-such.

With regards to the battery life, see below the battery run time on each power mode:
1. eco: power level for maximum cleaning time, up to 60 min.
2. normal: default level that is suitable for general use, up to 30 min.
3. max: enhanced power for particularly dirty areas, up to 15 min.
We would recommend using the eco mode as your default setting as the suction power on eco is excellent and will still get your carpets deep cleaned.

“Really like it. However, I feel that the battery life could be longer. Also, dirt tends to get caught at the top of the tray (by the handle) and gets stuck there, not letting everything fall in to the tray.
These are minor, but for the price paid, I feel as if they should be addressed.”

“The freedom of the cord is priceless! I wanted a cordless vacuum that was based on an upright, and wow Lupe nailed it! I didn’t want a stick vacuum that I need to move around like a leaf blower and I didn’t want a vacuum I needed to disassemble and reassemble to get best of both worlds. Lupe managed to come up with the solution and it works! This vacuum performs better than I expected, better than my corded upright and my corded canister vacuum.
