“Impressive suction power overall but totally let down by awkward execution. The foot of the vacuum doesn't seem to be heavy enough to actually sit parallel with the ground - it regularly is raised up at a slight angle and you need to manually press and hold it down with your own foot to get it to stay on the carpet....it can take several goes for debris to be picked up - if at all!!! ...I find it much more effective to simply use the nozzle attachment - but the wand is too short for using this for more than a small area. Overall, I feel that there are aspects that still need ironing out before I could recommend this model to anyone and I somewhat regret the purchase as its simply not the joy to use that I hoped it would be. Videos attached to demonstrate my frustration!!”

“Great vacuum overall, however the roller brush gets caught with way too many hairs compared to traditional uprights or Dyson, and also stops spinning and beeps on almost all my rugs that the other vacuums do not. The garbage release also gets stuck and does not actually push the lid open, nor does it clear out all the hair stuck around the intake like Dysons do.”

“The fact that there is no need to charge the battery on the V.C., is a great advantage. I got 2 batteries to start with, so no matter how, I always have power for the V.C.
The working time at normal power (not low and not high) is as specified and I hope it will stay this way long enough before any need for replacement occurs.
I also hope if any further development of the batteries is done, it will always consider compatibility of batteries with all previous versions of the V.C.
I have "Pure Cordless" about 2 months now and am using it regularly and the batteries and their needed "treatment" are exceptionally great on both performance and maintenance.”
“I live in a small space with 2 cats. I needed something that was easy-to-use, cordless, compact, and that would last a long time. It was expensive for me, but when I saw that all the parts were easy to replace on my own, I was sold. I really dislike throwing away big appliances or going into repair shops, so knowing this is something that can be easily repaired and potentially last 10 years or more was the biggest selling point for me. I just hope they do well financially, so that Lupe can expand and get a shipping location in the US. Shipping was expensive.
I have been using it for a couple weeks now. It works great. The thing I didn't expect is how powerful and efficient it would be on the "low-power" setting. I bought 2 batteries since I thought I would be using medium and high-power modes, but really I didn't need to. The low setting cleans great and lasts a whole hour.
I've seen some complaints about the shorter hose length on the hand tool and how cleaning the dust bin takes a few extra steps. I noticed these things, but it really wasn't a problem for me. If those two things are going to drive you mad, then, maybe this isn't the vacuum for you.
I have seen complaints that it is loud. I felt like it was only loud on high-power mode. Otherwise, it is relatively quiet for a vacuum. Much quieter than the previous ones I've used anyways.
Lastly, I like that it stands up on its own.”
