“It's great! All of the upside of a hand vac and the power of a regular vac. A lot of attention was paid to the design. It's very easy to take apart and clean. Also I like how you can empty the dust compartment directly into a trash can with a button, instead of having to fiddle around with it, potentially getting dust everywhere.”

Tank doesn’t click in easily or consistently, buttons are cheap, brush roll stalls out easily and seems Like it could be automatically limited by power level? Converting to a hand device is irritating and hose is not as useful as I imagined. Tank get jammed with hair and dust and is difficult to empty and clean out. Filter is easy to access and power and sound are impressive.”

Thank you for your review of the Lupe Pure Cordless and sorry to hear you are having difficulty emptying it.
See below the full procedure to clean your bin:
- Step 1. Press the bin release button. This will release the bin from the machine.
- Step 2. Remove the bin from the machine.
- Step 3. Remove the cyclone from the bin by pinching the tabs and pulling. You may have to twist, pull and wriggle the cyclone to help remove it. Ensure the cyclone is fully removed from the bin.
- Step 4. Press the bin base release catch and open the bin base to empty all of the debris. You may have to shake the bin to remove it all.
- Step 5. Use your hand or a cloth to brush any remaining debris off the cyclone and bin.
- Step 6. Insert the cyclone back into the bin.
There is a shortened 3 step diagram on the back of the bin to help remind you what to do each time you empty the bin.
With regards to the brush roll, you have the option to turn it on and off from the buttons at the front of the machine.

“So far I love it just for working unlike the cordless Shark I have that no matter how clean the unit and filters are, overheats and shuts off after vacuuming for ten seconds. However I have noted a design flaw that should be corrected- the hose is positioned in front right where it may come in contact with the bottom of cupboards and other things which I’m sure over time is going to cut the hose open. I’m very careful with it for now though but don’t want to have to be so careful with a vacuum! This stylish simple vacuum is working great on my polished concrete floors but it’s still not going to make me a one vacuum house, as I have to break out a giant Hoover to do my rugs and runners. in a house with a couple big dogs that track in dirt and dust from ny desert property, I LoVE to vacuum daily with this thing, but you can’t vacuum up anything the size of one stray dog kibble”
