Could you please try the following: - Use the battery in the machine and fully discharge until it cuts out - Then remove the battery from the machine and charge as normal Please let me know if it charges the second time or not." The email was sent on the same email you have used to contact us and to write this review. Did you not receive it? Could you please action the above and let us know if the flashing is still happening? We are keen to resolve your issue as soon as possible for you to fully enjoy your new machine. “So far I think the unit is great. My only critique right now is the attachments. They constantly fall off the holder while vacuuming, and I have to vacuum without them nearby.”
“Incredible machine all round but there are improvements to be made.
1. The noise of the motor is very high pitch
2. The bin door doesnt always ope with the button alone, needs help
3. Floor head needs suction to stay flat
4. Hose could be better implemented”
“Sucks better than advertised. Works on soft thin rugs as well which I live. Love that it’s detachable and works great on all surfaces. Cordless is ama-h-zing! I have allergies and it works great for that.
Will expect the next gen to be more silent and thinner so it can get underneath the couch.
But will recommend Lupe any day.”
