- Multi use of the accessories could be better. The little bump that prevents the accessories from sliding down is to weak. It slides down randomly when you don't need it. (Let me know if a picture is wanted to explain it better)
- Can't vacuum under the couch and bed anymore because it's all bigger then my previous vacuum cleaner
Suggestion for an idea:
I clean a lot of times the stairs and it would be a great addition if I can carry the vacuum cleaner on my back while doing the stairs. So sort of an enhanced carry mode with straps or anything.”

“Suction is great and better than my dyson 7 even on eco mode. Device itself is pretty heavy and not easy to go under things, changing it to clean any other surface than the floor takes a lot of work 'rebuilding' it and a dedicated tool for pet hair on sofas would be very welcome. Battery indication is very handy.”
“The vacuum is good for being a new product. Two disappointments: 1. the height of the foot, makes it hard to vacuum under furniture, the problem being the air-hose (suggestions below); 2. the battery life was truly a disappointment, since I went from fully charged (4 lights) to 1 light in under 20 minutes, but I guess this is a matter of price/performance, so I hope there will be a more powerful replacement battery forthcoming.
On the other hand: when used for vacuuming shelfs, etc. the lupe comes to its own and really shines. I am legit going to retire my Dyson V8, since lupe outperforms it in every way (battery life notwithstanding).
Suggestions for future machines (mark II?): Rework the foot (make it lower and I suggest a permanent air-hose solution); source a better battery, and make a battery replacement for this version; the handle also needs some love, I suggest 2 things: a sturdier coupling and a "remote" controller for the machine. This way it will be easier when using it in both modes.
Summary: I am pleased, but it could be better (but everything can be improved on, right?) :)”
“Great product, a much needed upgrade from our extremely old hoover! Love the modular design, the various power settings, and the battery life lasts more than long enough to clean a large 2 bedroom flat. Only negative would be to say that the attachments fall off a little too easily when you don't want them to.”
