“many thanks to all those that recommended having 2x battery as this is really useful. once the battery is down then i'll use the other battery and let previous one charge.
initially i thought the main cordless cleaner head was narrow but it actually works fine the size it is, as sometimes going through narrow spaces is a lot easier now, there's no need use the nozzle with different head.
we mainly use the default mode or economy, as even on economy mode, the vacuum picks up dirt.
The built quality is solid and the parts are beautiful connected, there's no need to struggle to put together or separate.
as well as an extra battery, i would also recommend the purchase of extra filters when washing the current filters and waiting for it to dry.
the one head to use on hard floor and carpet is a fantastic design, saves the hassle of swapping heads.
for this household Lupe have designed and engineered a vacuum that suits 95% of what we need from a cordless vacuum cleaner
we are really pleased with the staffing as they were very supportive and not pushy.

“After much deliberation and reading of reviews I finally went for the Lupe over another Dyson because - beyond the raves about it's cleaning ability - the chaps at Lupe really do seem to be looking at the bigger picture in terms of long-term cost of ownership and environmental impacts.
Having owned the Lupe now for about 3 months I have to say the cleaning power is astonishing. Compared to previous vacuums, this one really does do an amazing clean - even on eco power setting (although I did the whole 5-bedroomed house on the standard setting anyway). Also, because it's an upright, even the kids can get involved because it's not too heavy for them to push around (unlike the wand vacuums).
I'm extremely pleased with my Lupe and I'm pleased to report that the suction hasn't deteriorated at all. I guess it says something when the family now say 'who's turn is it to Lupe the floors?' as opposed to 'vacuum'. One satisfied customer!”
