“I was excited to open these beautiful periwinkle brushes! Until I noticed one of them had the wrong information on it. I was easily annoyed and contacted customer service. They sent me a new one with the corrected information, BUT it was higher print and different color. I don't understand the inconsistency. I will probably never order brushes again due to their mistakes and although they tried correcting it, it was STILL wrong. For a $150 this is frustrating. Although the brushes work great! I do not like the fact that I received something so sloppy TWO times. It's ridiculous.”
