“...Buuuuut, I use this to set my under eye area! It's gentle and a bit fluffy but dense enough that it packs on enough coverage to set thst concealer. I bought this hoping it was going to be exactly what everyone was saying it would be in the reviews. Weeeeee! They were right and I'm in love.”
