“I got the 8 PC brush set last year which I absolutely love! The only brush I hadn't used was the 680 precision face brush .Last week I finally used that brush and it instantly became my favorite out of the whole set.
2 days ago I reached for the brush and the handle fell off of the brush part! I was pretty bummed out but I decided I'd just glue it. I ended up getting a faulty brush becuz the top of the handle was not cut in a totally perfect circle so the glue wouldn't make perfect contact to stick.
I decided to reach out to Luxie not really expecting them to do anything. I was very happy that they truly wanted to address the problem. I emailed a pic of the brush and within 10 minutes I got a shipping confirmation!
Not only were they very friendly but they were quick as well!
I love all of my Luxie brushes .They wash up well and are excellent quality so I knew this incident with the 680 was a fluke.
It's important to me to use quality products but it's a huge bonus when you find out you are buying from great companies that stand behind their products.
