“The actual brushes are great, however, the packaging is not very effective in protecting the brushes during shipping. My large flat top kabuki brush was all frayed and had an indent from the cardboard being wedged between the bristles and my concealer brushes bristles were kind of frayed too. Luxie did replace my 180 brush, but the new 180 brush they sent me has an uneven cut large fan brush that isn't half as dense as the original. I know all of the brushes are hand made but I feel like the two fan brushes were so different I don't get the same effect from them. I would've liked the replacement 180 brush to be as dense and fluffy and even as the one of the damaged brush but am thankful that they replaced it for me.”
