“I feel like I oughta preface this by saying I've long thought a brush is a brush, why pay more than a few bucks on a single brush? I'd heard nothing but good things about Luxie, but couldn't justify the price in my mind. At least until I bought a different set thru another retailer at a steep discount. I was genuinely impressed/shocked with not only how soft they are, but just how perfectly they apply and blend. So I bought this set soon thereafter. I love using the 110 to blend out my concealer; I can get better coverage with less product using this brush (crazy!). The 120 I use for highlighting, it gives me that GLOW glow but also blends so seamlessly. I'm still tinkering around with the other brushes to see how I wanna use em, but heck these 2 alone are well worth the money I spent lol!”
“Although the brushes are decent...Some eye brushes look too similar. Also, the hairs are not aligned properly. Face detail brushes are practically identical. Brushes are overpriced if you consider the fact that an international buyer like myself, from Canada, has to purchase these brushes with high shipping/handling fees AND high customs fees. You should at least offer free shipping over $60 or $80 for international buyers too since we are paying a high price tag for these brushes already! I can go to MAC and buy the brushes for the same cost and better quality after I take in the fact of currency conversion, shipping and custom fees. It's ridiculous. Will never buy again and for me, it was a huge mistake. Even though I got 50% off on Black Friday, I am still disappointed and still, think the price is too much. Free shipping should've been included for the high price tag. I would never buy them again on sale let alone full price!”
“The only reason I didn’t give a five star review is because one of my eye blender brushes started shedding the first time I washed it, but I haven’t had any problems with the rest of the brushes. Overall the brushes are soft and blends very well.”
