“Absolutely fabulous, particularly regarding my initial enquiry with Stephen who was the most helpful person I have ever had the privilege of speaking to. He was so polite, extremely kind and so eager to help. My particular request wasn't something stocked in the UK and Stephen went all out in getting me what I really wanted, contacting Spanx in the US for me.
