the quality of the ponytail is on point, as always. however i am finding it hard to leave it stay-put and not falling off due to how heavy it is, any advise would be appreciated.

I got my extensions fast. everything was perfect. I using this store not a first time, and I always happy with it. I am hair stylist and always recommend this store to my clients. Extensions looks beautiful and easy work with.

The quality of the hair is great, but as other reviewers have said, this pony does not stay on! The combs keep popping out. No matter what I tried, it just did not work. I have other ponies that are so easy to put it in and stay put all day and night. Sadly, this one just doesn’t. The hair is too slippery and heavy. Wanted to love it, but was very disappointed.

I have been so pleased with the customer service team so wanted to write another review, as promised, after I received my exchanged 16" ponytail. I missed the mark on matching the first try and then went with what the virtual suggested and happy to say, it matches perfectly. I took so many pictures of the sample, afraid to open the box and break the seal. My hair stylist had me take pictures with hair up and down, then same outside in the sun and replied, "yup that is the perfect color and will not get any closer." SO, thank you team for your support and suggestions. Now I have to have her show me how to clip and wrap it around my skinny own ponytail and ensure it stays. Thanks so much Luxy team!

I bought two 20” off black pony tails. From packaging they’re super soft and straight, but once I have a wash after multiple uses, they ended up having A LOT of texture. Not soft waves but they were WAVY. Then brought the crazy frizz. I ended up keeping one with the wavy texture because I could add product to keep it as it is, but the other one could not keep the texture, and then when straightened with product still maintained incredible frizz. Don’t use that one because when it frizzes up, it moves in one piece. I want to buy a third one since I like the amount of grams the 20” is, but I’m afraid it’ll have a lot of texture after the first wash. I just want straight hair.

In the Luxy website all photos of the hair looks healthy, that all the hair is the same length, but this is not the case. The hair is not healthy, but rather rampant with split ends and these little black bulbs (that Luxy shared are 'done intentionally at the manufacturing level... to seal the ends of the hair and to prevent split ends'). I was very disappointed. I purchased the ponytail and the vast majority of the hair is damaged.
