“I love my Luxy hair wefts, I have 4 sets so when the ponytail came out I thought I would give it a try. I read the questions and information on hair types that could use this and made my purchase since it states that it is suitable for ALL hair types. It is not! I recently lost a lot of hair due to stress and never had a ton to begin with so I have very very fine and thinning hair. The ponytail extension will not secure to my natural ponytail (I’ve watched numerous videos and read the instructions). Not only that, but it is extremely heavy and even if I would be able to get it to attach it would look incredibly unnatural with my small head and thin hair. I purchased the 16” to be safe. Now I have a hairpiece that is over $100.00 that I will never be able to use. If you have hair like me, I’d advise just using your regular wefts to add to your ponytail. Don’t waste your time or money on this.”

“I wish the pony was longer, I ordered the longest one available but really, once it's clipped in my hair, it's not longer than my natural hair. Because it's out of the box I cannot return. Quality is perfect and so is color. I would love a longer pony!”

“Was unable to use it. The weight wasn't comfortable and I don't have enough hair so the Velcro part wouldn't wrap around and stick anywhere. Overall the extension is beautiful but so hard to attach and very heavy. I haven't been able to use it.”

“Packaging was impossible to open and not void the return. Not sure if the Florida heat made the glue melt but I basically had to rip it open. Then, of course I can not get the pony to stay in my head with the one clip design and I can’t return it.”
