“The ponytail weighs about 2 pounds- which isn’t bad unless it is attached to your head. Tried initiating a return, since it clearly stated that there is a “60 day HASSLE FREE” return period- but that it A LIE! They will not return it because it is opened- never worn! So now I’m stuck with this stupid $200+ ponytail that I’ll never wear and im out a lot of money. They told me to go take it to a salon to get it cut, if I wanted it cut I wouldn’t have bought it- I would have been happy with my own hair. It is ridiculous that they are so unwilling to make their customers happy with their products. Will never buy from them again!”

“I like this ponytail a lot and have used it several times. I think my hair might be a little too thick though, I noticed it wraps better/ looks more natural on my friends with thin to medium hair. It’s still cute for a quick updo. When I want a more natural look I use my seamless extensions.”

“I have bought a couple of hair extentions and loved them. Thought that i would give the pony tail a try and honestly have the hardest time with it, putting it in and securing it. Its not very comfortable. Have played with it numerous times and yet I just find myself fustrated.
it is so pretty and love the tone I picked. Wish that I could get it to work for me. I rather just stick with the full clip-ons. Much easier to work with.”
