“I own quite a few luxy hair extensions. Most I would recommend. These extensions in particular, I might not. The hair was broken or cut all along the seam/clip area. Yes, your hair hides it. Do I think it’s quality…no. The color is nice. The hair itself is good minus the imperfection in work or hair quality on this item. I uploaded a photo that’s a little hard to see, but I think it’s sufficient to show what I’m talking about. That’s why I gave it a 3 star rating.”

“Firstly, I noticed my luxy's were taking a while to ship. They must have been lost in transit with USPS so I reached out to luxy and they sent me overnight shipping of the item I purchased with no question to make up for the lost product. I am so pleased with the customer service. The extensions are very soft and natural looking and making my very thin hair much more thick and long! I love them and will purchase again!”
