“The quality of Luxy hair is great. The texture matches my hair perfectly and the color match is seamless. The hair is so beautiful and I can't stop playing with it as it hangs while I brush and style it. The customer service amazing and fast with responses. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the difficulty I had with the wire on the halo. I'm probably not experienced enough get it down in a few minutes. I can't seem to get the wire to blend in and stay in place. Also, 2 clips for the amount of hair does not seem like enough support and creates tension on the two spots where the clips sit so I just attached the extra clips that are provided and wear the piece with the four clips and no wire. After this adjustment I love my hair. It takes me back to the hair I had before it all fell out. I will continue buy hair from Luxy and recommend them to anyone who wants to have great hair.”

“I actually prefer the smaller clip ons as i find the halo slides and doesnt stay in place . I like to layer the clip ons on top of each other for full volume. Maybe i am not attaching the halo for the best fit and so it doesnt move up on my head. I followed the directions but not sure where the elastic should sit so it stays in place.”

“I honestly do love it. It’s gorgeous. I even liked the fact that there were a few grey strands in it and it matched my color perfectly. My particular issue really has to do with the texture of my hair. It doesn’t blend well, even after a fresh trim and straightening. I'm sorry to hear that your Halo has too much hair. If you wanted, you can always go to your stylist, clip in all of your wefts & have them trim your Luxies which will make them look more natural. If you do decide to get them cut, I recommend coming up with a numbering system for the wefts, so that you know exactly where each weft is supposed to be clipped in for future uses.
