“I had ordered a 16" Halo, and even though I was unable to find a match for my color, there were several things that impressed me about the whole process. Shipping was quick. The packaging was lovely, and included a clip-in segment separate from the main item to ensure a good color match while still qualifiying for a return or exchange. The quality of the hair was great, I could tell these would last with proper care. Customer service was fantastic, helping me select additional test swatches to try to find a match before processing a no-hassle return. I talked to my stylist about a custom color match, so I may purchase another set in a lighter color and have her work her magic.”
