I've been a customer for years now. The last order I received was opened! I was very unhappy and sort of disgusted by the fact that my hair was touched. I had no time to return because I was flying out the next morning for my birthday and I needed the hair. The one time I needed you guys to come through y'all didn't. Also hair is not like the other hair I've ordered before. It's stringy in the bottom. It's not thick full voluminous hair. It's thick on top and stringy in the bottom. Please keep up with your production. I just spent close to $200 expecting good hair and I received an open box with stringy hair.
