“I purchased my medium set of jet black Luxies a few months ago. I waited to see how they held up after time and washing before I reviewed them, and I must say that I highly recommend them. There is very minimal shedding, and washing did not decrease the quality of the hair at all. The clips are very sturdy and the hair came in great quality. The only thing is that I expected them to be thicker than they are. Still, these are the best extensions I have tried.”

As a friendly reminder, I recommend that you wash the hair every 15-20 wears if not more, because the more they are washed, the dryer they can become. Using sulfate-free products is ideal to maintain the integrity of the hair during washes.

“I love my luxy hair extensions! They are easy to put on and style. It's also really soft!! Not at all what expected because I was too focused on other people's reviews. I gave it 4stars because I don't know if it is me or the extensions but it's painful for me after a while. So I ordered the Jet black but it had a lot of brown undertone to it. So I was really surprised. Lucky that my hair is slightly has brown so that it would blend a lot easier. I have shoulder length hair and it was fairly easy to blend it in. I did had to cut some length off to make it look more natural though. And I love them.”

I'm so glad that you love your new Jet Black Luxies, and that they are easy to use and style. It's great that you had them blended into your hair to look even more natural with your shorter hair. You look absolutely incredible in your photos and the transformation is amazing.
Emily, hair extensions do take some time to get used to. If you feel that they are a little painful throughout the day, then I suggest to clip them in about 1" down from your scalp. This will relieve some possible tension. Also, you can try stacking the wefts on top of each other (2 at the most) and see how this feels. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
