I appreciate your 5-star review even though you felt they were okay. If you find your extensions are knotting up, then I suggest that you deep-condition them for several hours or overnight with a good quality hair masque. Please ensure that you use sulfate-free products to maintain the hair's integrity.
After they air dry, you can add it a hair oil or hair serum and go ahead and style them as you like. This should make them look and feel healthier. Then, be sure to comb them through with a soft bristle brush about ever hour or so of wearing if you can, to keep them soft, fluffy and tangle-free.
