“I've had the 160g set since August and so far they're pretty good. They've shed and gotten thinner which is unfortunate but nonetheless still looks great on my hair, I've gotten so many compliments! They blend, curl, and wash well. I will definitely repurchase the thicker set someday.”

I'm so happy to hear that you enjoy the way your Luxies look, blend, curl and wash :) I'm glad that you are getting compliments on your hair, love.
In terms of the shedding, it is common for them to shed more in the beginning. After the first wash and first few wears, the shedding will subside to a minimum.

“When the extensions recently came in, they felt like heaven were soft they were amazing but then I washed them, and they don't feel that soft anymore, i don't know if it's because of the shampoo im using. But they're really good I just wish that for the price they would come with more hair in the bottom they're too thin.”

Thank you for your review on Luxy Hair, and for your patience in my reply.
Michelle, I'm sorry to hear that the texture of the extensions has changed since washing them. We do suggest to use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner so that they are not dried out by conventional shampoos. Also, please use lukewarm water and try to wash each weft individually, avoiding the top clip area.
Secondly, if you find them abnormally thin, please kindly contact our customer support at info@luxyhair.com. I will be happy to help. Kindly include the following images:
- A photo of the SKU number located on the top of your Luxy box, for quality control purposes
- A photo of all your wefts laid out on a flat surface where I can see them clearly from top to bottom, so I have a better understanding of your concerns
