“I love Luxy hair I have tried so many extension brands and Luxy continues to win me over. The ends of the hair are so full which is extremely hard to get with extensions. I usually have sewn in extensions so I have a set of Luxy for when I give my hair a rest and take my sewn in ones out. But what would be perfect is if you guys just sold bundles of hair so it's not just limited to girls who wear clip ins. I would think Bellami hair is a huge competitor with you guys but honestly I find Luxy to be the best the only difference is they sell bundles of hair which most girls look for now. Luxy hair please please give us the option to buy bundles of hair! Your hair is amazing.”

“I have been ordering my luxies for a while now and let me tell you, they are AMAZING every chance I get I recommended them. Unfortunately this time one of my clips won't clip , it just snaps right out , and I am not the person to complain because it is fixable but I have no clue on how to do it. Any suggestions”

Before processing and shipment, all Luxy Hair extensions are inspected to ensure there are no issues with the set. On some rare occasions a broken clip can sneak past our inspection, which is why we are sure to include two extra clips in the box. You can simply remove the malfunctioning clip, and replace it with the new one.
