If you find the clips are bothering you throughout the day, feel free to unclip them to adjust the placement. Also, you can try clipping them in about 1" down from your scalp to see if this feels more comfortable for you.

“I had someone do my hair, who messed up not only my hair extensions but my own hair. She bleached them and turned them orange. I unfortunately have to dye my hair back to dark and wasted over $540 between hair stylists and these extensions. I would love to buy another pair but can’t at this time. After the product she put on the Hair, it caused them to be extremely brittle and dry. Unwearable.”

I'm terribly sorry to hear of your bad experience at the hair salon and what happened to your hair and your hair extensions.
In the future, we usually recommend to first test it first on the smallest weft in the set, prior to dying it fully, so that you are happy with the results. Also, we do not encourage to lighten or bleach the hair as it can permanently damage their condition, as you saw.

“This is a true mocha brunette shade! I’ve bought from other companies and sometimes, there’s too much red undertone. My hair is ash brown and my Luxy set matches the closest. I’m genuinely excited about the quality of the stitching, the hair itself, and the customer service! I had one lovely lady help me out throughout my entire experience with Luxy. My only suggestion is for Luxy to provide their extensions in different lengths for purchase in the future :) my ideal length is 16 inches and I’ve never been a fan of cutting hair extensions. Katherine, I'm happy to hear that the Mocha Brown shade matched your hair the closest out of any other hair extensions you've tried in the past.
I do appreciate your suggestions for different lengths. I will definitely share this with the team. As a friendly note, we do encourage you to have your Luxies custom cut by an experienced hair stylist to blend even more naturally in your hair. Before doing so, it's recommended to number the back of the wefts in the order they are clipped in so that you can apply them in the same way going forward.
