“I purchased Luxy as a Christmas gift for my sister which she didn't get in time by the way. For some odd reason you guys claimed that I didn't put an address down for delivery. Odd because I used my paypal account to purchase it and it automatically has an address for delivery. Needless to say my sister didn't get a Christmas gift on Christmas day. I eventually had to reorder another one because you cancelled my original order. Either way, my sister loves your product that she didn't care for waiting. So, long story short as long as she's happy with it then I'm good with it as well.”

However, for now, feel free to have them cut to your desired length by your hairdresser. This way, they can also customize them to your particular haircut for a more natural effect.
